Bintulu, November 1, 2025 – The PFA Inter-Department Futsal Tournament concluded its run at Stadium Muhibah, marking the successful culmination of a key Health Programme initiative by the QHSSE Department of Pertama Ferroalloys Sdn Bhd (PFA).
