Maintain and improve housekeeping in the working area.

Responsible for implementing the trial bamboo plantation project, conduct the feasibility and cost study in managing, harvesting, transporting and processing the bamboo materials.

Updating the security duty rooster and submit the monthly schedule, leave, shift change, overtime applications to HR after getting signed by the manager. Comparing electronics attendance systems like infotech and security systems with shift roaster;
To liaise with others department to process access pass to PERTAMA staff, Contractors, visitors and suppliers registrations through the security systems;
To update any resignation and remove the details of staff, contractors and visitors from the security system;
Collecting data from staff movement records in the security system for Human Resources purposes and any contractors for the department as required for reference;
Generate MR, PR, SRN and GRN through on-key, submit to procurement and keep updated for follow-up on the progress until completion and filing for records
To ensure the company’s vehicles and ambulances are updated for valid documents such as road tax, service schedule, inspection and check sheet maintenance
Assist in security incident investigation and report on root causes of incidents and ensure corrective action is taken by the respective deportment
To assist in preparing, developing, reviewing and revising the security operating management system such as work procedure, work instructions and HIRARC documents as instructed by closed superior or HOD
Requirement:
Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s in administration or equivalent;
