Handles all existing air Cond / trouble shooting of air cond of the entire plant reporting issues to the Electrical Manager / Engineer.
Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.

Job Requirements :
Diploma in Electrical or Technical certificate with 2 years working experience in Air Conditioner / HVAC field.

Well versed in reading electrical drawings, interlock drawings etc.

Key Responsibilities:-
Communicate closely with customers on enquires, monthly order allocation, update order request payment status and stock status.
Prepare all export documentation such as Internal Shipping Instruction Invoices, Packing List, K1/K2/K3, BL and related certificates.
Prepare and maintain accurate commercial records and reports;
To coordinate contract fulfilment with Warehouse, Logistics and Quality Control team in ensuring the allocated cargo is comply with the contract specification with on-time delivery.
Receive customer complaints and feedback & resolve the complaints with the respective departments.
Liaise and coordinate with 3rd party surveyor to attend inspection according to the contract requirement.
Perform all kinds of routine administrative and filing duties in relate the commercial activities.

Perform minor fabrication and mechanical works like fixing of JBs, conduit fixing and cable tray fixing etc;
Cover all shift jobs and record his activities in the logbook;
Daily checks and give feedback in the form of checklists;
Carry-out Trouble Shooting of Field Instruments & PLC-SCADA Systems and report to supervisor for his guidance;
Repair, refurbish and cannibalize the defective instruments in the Instrument workshop.
Perform test fibre optic cables whenever necessary;
Carry out planned/predictive maintenance as per Onkey issued job cards and reports back on the status;

Job Requirements:-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Process Instrumentation & Control/Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/Control System Engineering/other related disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the related fields with experience and knowledge in chemical/ heavy operation and maintenance
Knowledgeable in field instrumentation i.e; Process Control Instrumentation, Electrical Installation Works, PLC, SCADA system

First level user support for software (Windows OS, Mac OS, MS Office suite, internet browsers and any applications user may require for their daily tasks and daily operation).

Deployment of new hardware and replacement hardware for users and sites or offices within plant.
Submit, record and close support ticket in existing ticketing system within agreed SLA period.
To conduct PM (Preventive Maintenance) for hardware and software on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Conducting stock check and request to procure for IT consumables on monthly and yearly basis.
Provide support and assistance to IT Officers on BSS (Building Security System which include CCTV and Door Access), PABX telephony system, servers and network infrastructure.
Work within the team to improve overall user experience and processes in IT operation.
Documenting and update existing solutions and new solutions for any first level IT technical issues.
Ensuring the IT policies are implemented and in place to protect and safeguard all information technology data and IT asset.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

To set up and / or operate machine tools, welding equipment, grinder and other power portable tools safely.
To fit and assemble metal parts, tools or sub-assemblies, including the welding or brazing of parts.
To work closely in the operating location in which they are designated to provide intellectual wisdom into the operation of their unit’s concept.
Take full responsibility for their work and render assistance in any capacity to ensure safety of contractors and team members.
To carry out the necessary troubleshooting of processes and should have the relevant skills to perform diagnosis of hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic problems in relation to process equipment. Repair and fault-find hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
To carry out inspect machinery and plan for preventive maintenance or forward suggestion for improvement.

Monitors and controls established procedures, methods, and quality standards in glass smelting and refining and ingredients used in batches.
Assures samples of batch materials are provided for Quality Control.
Coordinates and assists with developmental or experimental production activities.

Responsible for supporting Management in coordinating and implementing CSR activities according to the company strategy, in its ongoing commitment to becoming a more sustainable and socially responsible organization.
Liaise with Associations, NGOs, and State Government on behalf of Management.
Monitor execution and evaluate CSR projects
Creates awareness of CSR activities of the company externally & internally. (stakeholders, shareholders contractors & suppliers, public awareness)
Coordinate community outreach initiatives to ensure a cohesive image is presented to the community and stakeholders.

Check the machine condition, battery, hydraulic, diesel, tyres & fill in the stoking car checklist at the beginning of the shift before start operating the machine.
Get proper instruction from the Shift Leader to follow up different activities required during operation of stoking machine.
Operate Stoking Machine for stoking operation (Pushing, breaking & charging).
To observe for any leakage or abnormalities inside the furnace & report to the Shift Leader.
Report to maintenance for any equipment malfunction.
Make sure to wear complete PPE when entering the plant.
Perform housekeeping.
