PERTAMA FERROALLOYS PARTICIPATES IN RINDOK RAYA BY RECODA, DONATES TO PERYATIM KUCHING

Pertama Ferroalloys was honoured to be part of the Rindok Raya celebration organised by the Regional Corridor Development Authority (RECODA), held in the spirit of unity, compassion, and community. The festive gathering brought together government agencies, corporate partners, and local stakeholders to share the joy of Hari Raya with those in need.
The event was further blessed by the presence of YAB Premier of Sarawak, who graciously joined in the celebration, lending significance and warmth to the occasion. His attendance underscored the importance of collaboration between the public and private sectors in uplifting local communities.
As part of the programme, Pertama Ferroalloys made a meaningful donation to PERYATIM Kuching, a charitable home for orphans and underprivileged children. The contribution is expected to benefit 82 children currently under the care of the institution, supporting their daily needs, educational resources, and overall well-being.
The mock cheque was officially handed over by Mr. Jack Tan, representing Pertama Ferroalloys during the event. The gesture marked a symbol of Pertama’s continued support for initiatives that uplift and empower the next generation.
Reflecting on the occasion, Pertama shared that the company’s philosophy has always been rooted in valuing life and creating positive change in the communities where it operates. The event was also attended by Deputy Premiers YB Datuk Amar Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, YB Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas, and YB Datuk Amar Dr Sim Kui Hian, along with several ministers and deputy ministers, making it a truly distinguished and memorable occasion.
