Pertama Ferroalloys Drives Sarawak Girl Guides’ STEM Initiative to Empower Future Female Leaders
KUCHING, SARAWAK – October 4, 2025 The Girl Guides Association Malaysia Sarawak Branch (Persatuan Pandu Puteri Malaysia Cawangan Sarawak) is actively preparing its members for the future by boosting its focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). The association successfully concluded the STEM Changemaker Adult Trainer Workshop Sarawak Zone on Saturday, October 4, 2025, held at its headquarters.
This full-day master training was attended by 60 leaders and educators, solidifying its role as a vital platform for equipping young Girl Guides leaders with essential skills and insights in STEM fields.
The workshop was officially launched by the State President of Girl Guides Association Sarawak, Dato Hajah Dayang Morliah binti Datuk Haji Awang Daud.
The successful execution and statewide reach of the STEM Changemaker Adult Trainer Workshop were made possible through the essential backing of a key corporate partner, Pertama Ferroalloys Sdn. Bhd.
